Breadth and depth

It has 5 modules, each on average 3.5 days long. As you are busy people, we try to minimise your time away from your desk. Only Module 4 will last 5 days.

It runs over a 15-month period, in various international locations. Our home base is Munich, one of the world's great cities.

It is run in English (this is a challenge for us sometimes, too).

It is guided by experienced international faculty, who all have experience of coaching coaches, training and working with business and NGO leaders. Each module is guided by two members of the faculty team.

Learning is supported between modules through the use of an on-line learning platform and virtual communication methods, so you can keep in contact with each other - and us - between modules. Regular exchange and personal coaching from the programme faculty throughout the IBC programme.

Each participant will be matched with an international client, who will be their coachee for the duration of the programme.

Qualification will be gained through a supervised live coaching and completion of a written paper. You will also be given plenty of opportunities throughout the IBC programme to demonstrate your coaching skills in front of others.
