Who will benefit from the IBC Programme?

Our approach is solutions-focused, using elements of systemic coaching and other learning methodologies, where appropriate. The programme aims to develop your cultural intelligence as a coach. As in real life, we do not hold dogmatically on to one coaching method: we use the methods and approaches we believe will best support you in being an effective international business coach.

We have a pragmatic attitude to qualifying people. In the same manner, the programme is what it says 'on the tin':
International in outlook, structure, content, practice, participation and location, thinking, perspective, training, as well as coaching and client approach. Business-focused,

using real leadership and business situations from around the globe -
and your individual challenges. Although the primary focus is on business, this does not exclude either personal or nonbusiness issues arising. We are dealing with real people, after all.
Coaching, providing tools, instruments, experiences and challenges to enable established or potential coaches to work as international business coaches. Becoming a good coach requires a high degree of openness. Becoming a good international business coach means transforming your own approach to life.

Established coaches and consultants who would like to develop their international coaching capabilities.

Potential business coaches who have not yet completed a formal coaching certification.

Business leaders and non-profit leaders who are looking for an international coaching qualification as well as tools to lead and manage their teams.

HR managers who are working, or about to work, in an international environment.
