This has been brought about by the increasing individualisation of learning and development approaches and the need for just in time delivery; moreover, the realisation that coaching can be an effective tool to support business leaders in resolving issues has increased its prominence as an intervention method. What has been missing to date has been a truly international coaching development programme to prepare coaches to work with leaders on the global stage.
